Bawwaba is a business formation and compliance agency. We help founders outside the United States form a New Mexico LLC, obtain an EIN, and set up U.S. banking and payment gateways.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the separate platform you are taken to when you start an application — see “Where your application data goes” below.

This website has no account, no sign-up and no application form. We do not collect your name, email address, passport, proof of address or payment details through these pages.

If website analytics are enabled, we collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data — such as which pages are viewed, roughly which country visits come from, and which site referred you. This is used to understand what is useful on the site. It is not used to identify you and it is not sold or shared for advertising.

When you click “Start your application”, you continue on our secure application and checkout platform.

Like any regulated service, we rely on specialist third-party processors to do two things: take payment, and carry out the identity verification (KYC/AML) that U.S. regulations require. Your card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our own servers. Your identity documents are handled through our verification provider, under its own security controls and certifications.

We keep the information we need to deliver and support your order — such as your company name, formation status, and contact details.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors described above and the authorities and institutions your application is submitted to (the State of New Mexico, the IRS, and the bank or payment provider you are applying to).

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site trackers.

Any analytics we use is configured to be privacy-friendly and does not follow you across other websites.

If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and keep a record of what was agreed. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the email address below and we will respond.

Where the information sits with one of the processors described above rather than with us, tell us and we will pass your request on and follow it up for you.
